August 2022 RAFFLE
On August 5, 2022, Landon Padgett Memorial Fund will raffle one (1) $1,500 Visa Gift Card.
All proceeds from this raffle will benefit our two programs devoted to the health and well-being of children and young people:

Landon Padgett Memorial Fund Scholarships are awarded annually to extraordinary young people who exhibit Landon's qualities and interests.

The Landon Padgett Patient Family Assistance Program at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta provides financial support to families of patients at the Sibley Heart Center Cardiology where Landon spent most of his nursing career.

The Board of Trustees of Landon Padgett Memorial Fund and raffle sponsors are ineligible for this raffle.
RAFFLE DURATION
The raffle will open on Friday, August 5, 2022 and close on Friday, August 19, 2022 at midnight.

Entry costs are as follows:
10 entries for $10.00
30 entries for $25.00
75 entries for $50.00
200 entries for $100.00

PAY WITH CHECK
To pay for your entries with a check, please do the following:
1. Make check payable to Landon Padgett Memorial Fund
2. Write "raffle" in the memo line
3. Include your email address either somewhere on the check or on a separate piece of paper. This is how we will notify you that your payment was received and entries processed.

Checks must be postmarked by Tuesday, August 16th to be eligible for the raffle.
Drawing Date
The drawing we be held on Tuesday, August 23rd and the winner notified the same day.
